Around every 22 minutes 1 person somewhere in the world is killed or injured by a landmine!!! 100,000,000 uncleared landmines lie in the fields and alongside the roads and footpaths of one-third of the countries in the developing world claiming over 500 victims a week, landmines are weapons of mass destruction in slow motion. More than 35,000 Cambodians are now amputees due to land mine injuries and the incidence of new victims has risen to a national average of close to 500 land mine injuries per month. |

The vision of Reverse The Curse (RTC) is to set up a business in Cambodia that will provide employment and care for the victims of landmines. By providing employment RTC will help each victim in its care to betterprovide for themselves and their families. This we hope will help restore some of their dignity. |
